Mission Statement:

The mission of the Clerk of Court's Office is to coordinate the operation of the Jackson County Circuit Court, including the financial portion of that system. Our goal is to provide prompt and efficient service to the public and all participants. We strive to assist and support other county and state agencies through coordination of our services.

SERVICES:

Filing of all court actions including: Divorce/Legal Separation, Family, Criminal, Civil, Small Claims, Traffic, and Restraining Orders, Jury Management, and Public Access Terminal.

Payments of all fines and forfeitures, including setting up payment plans and wage assignments.
