Non-Participating Municipalities

Currently, there are seven townships that are not participating in the County's Comprehensive Land Use Plan. Jackson County has jurisdiction over floodplain, shorelands, POWTS, and minimum lot sizes. Jackson County Township Map is attached below. The non-participating townships are as follows:

The county also has five villages and one city that operate under their own Land Use plan.
